Here's how Milk2You works
You must be a registered member of Milk2You to place an online order and
receive home delivery or if you wish you can order weekly right off the milk truck when your milkman arrives without using the internet. Registration is simple and can be completed online,
while you wait. Simply click "Sign Up to Begin Service" on this
Web Site, fill out all required information and wait while your registration
request is processed. If all is in order, you will receive automatic verification
of acceptance while you are online. If you'd prefer, you can call Milk2You
Customer Service at 402-339-MILK (6455) and handle registration over the phone,or(toll free) 1-866-339-MILK(6455)outside the Omaha metro area.
Once registered, you will be able to access the Milk2You members secure
Web Site any time of the day or night. Simply log in using the User Name
and Password you provide during registration. Following log in, you will
be able to review available products and pricing, and set up your Weekly
Order.
Keep in mind, you create your Weekly Order on the Milk2You Web
Site by selecting from available menu choices.
Of course, you may change your Weekly Order, adding items
or changing quantities, any time you'd like. Just follow the on-screen prompts.
If you register online, there is one more important step you must
take before we can start your home deliveries.

We want to speak to you, personally … to get to know you, let you
know there is help available by phone if you ever need it and, most importantly,
make sure the information we have on file is accurate. Call anytime M
- F between 9:00 a. m. and 4:30 p. m., whenever it is convenient for
you. We will activate your account when we are finished and your Weekly Order, if you have placed one, will be delivered as
scheduled.
Once your account is activated …
Using the same User Name and Password, you will be able to log into the
secure members Web Site anytime to:
Change your Weekly Order - Up 'til 10:30 AM the day
before scheduled delivery.
Place a Weekly Order to be delivered one time
only - Up 'til 10:30 AM the day before scheduled delivery.
Weekly Orders are in addition to your Standing Order if you have one set up with you milkman and can include
any or all of the following:
- Weekly specials listed on the Milk2You Home Page or use the current menu at the door
- Additional quantities of items on your Standing Order for when the
kids come home from college or company's coming
- Products you'd like to try before adding them to your Standing Order
Review you Purchase History
Review or Change Your Account Information
Please note any of the above can also be done by calling Customer
Service.
48 Hours Before Delivery
You will receive a reminder email notifying you of scheduled delivery
and the amount of your Weekly Order, if you placed
one.
Delivery
Your Weekly Order, including any changes made prior to 10:30 AM the
previous day, will be delivered to your home according to the delivery
options you chose during registration. Your Standing Order and Weekly
Order, if you placed one, will be placed in a high quality cooler in a
location you select during registration.(See "Delivery
Information" for more information.)
Payment
The credit card you select during registration will be charged when your order is processed. A detailed receipt will be left with your
order.
