Q. What is Milk2You?
A. Milk2You is a service that saves you time, effort and aggravation by delivering a variety of the freshest, highest quality milk and related products to you at home every week. Milk2You products are the ones you rely on daily. They are the ones you run out of first. They are the ones you might never again have to "run to the store" for! Remember "the Milkman?" He's back!

Q. What products are available through Milk2You?
A. Besides dairy-fresh whole milk, 2% and skim milk from Roberts Dairy, the Milk2You product line includes a variety of delectable cheeses and cottage cheese, butter, yogurt and other dairy products. There are also delicious breads from one of the area's most respected bakeries. Always watch for Daily Specials. They change often and might even include such items as gourmet coffees or tempting deserts. You'll always find them listed on the Milk2You Home Page or on the menu page. Q. What do I do if I have a concern?
A. Contact our Customer Service Department immediately. You can reach them on-line at milk@milk2you.com. If your concern is more urgent, call us at 1-402-339-MILK (6455),or (toll free)1-866-339-MILK(6455)outside the Omaha metro area to speak to a live agent.

Customers can change their Weekly Order via our Web Site up to 10:30 a.m. the day before their scheduled delivery. Changes after 10:30 a.m. will take effect the following scheduled delivery date. Customers with questions can call Milk2You between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., M - F, at 402-339-MILK (6455)or,(toll free)1-866-339-MILK(6455)outside the Omaha metro area.

Q. What is a Weekly Order?
A.
A Weekly Order is any "one time" order. Weekly Orders give you the flexibility to have on hand those item needed week to week. 2) "Daily Specials" offered on the Milk2You Home Page or on the menu page, or 3) products you want to try or need for a special occasion that are on our regular menu but not included in your Special Order.

Q. Why an insulated cooler?
A
. Sunlight and temperature change can degrade many food products. That's why with their first order, Milk2You customers will need to provide a insulated cooler, or ask one of our service representatives about purchasing one from us at a special price. The cooler was designed to preserve the quality and freshness of Milk2You products delivered to your home. Milk2You drivers must place orders in the customer's cooler. They may not leave deliveries if the cooler is not available.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A.
We've made payment simple and straightforward. Forty-eight hours prior to your delivery, you will receive an automatic e-mail reminding you of your Weekly Order and the total cost of that week's order. The cost of Weekly Order product made fewer than 48 hours before delivery will be listed on the receipt that will accompany that week's delivery. Following each delivery, your Special Order,if you have one with your milkman and any Weekly Order items will be charged to your credit card.

Q. What happens when I am away from home?
A.
If you do not wish to receive your weekly delivery, simply e-mail us before 10:30 a.m. the day before your scheduled delivery and your order will be held until your next scheduled delivery. For longer periods away from home, please email our Customer Service Department at milk@milk2you.com or by phone at 1-402-339-MILK (6455),or(toll free) 1-866-339-MILK(6455)outside the Omaha metro area.

Q. Why do I have to call Milk2You Customer Service to start my service?
A.
There are several reasons. First, we want to speak to you, personally. Our service is automated for speed and convenience, but run by people who care about you and other customers. Second, we want you to know there is help available by phone if you ever need it. Third, we want to make sure the information we have on file - everything from preferred location for your cooler to the size and quantity of your ordered items - is accurate. Having new customers phone in at their convenience is a simple, quick and easy way to handle all three.
